These terms describe participation in Love22's current private beta. Public registration and paid access are not offered on this website. Future purchase conditions will be presented before any purchase becomes available.
Operator and eligibility
Love22 is operated by Clean Whale sp. z o.o., Al. Powstania Warszawskiego 15, 31-539 Kraków, Poland. KRS: 0000868230. NIP: 6751738063. Contact: salihorsk@gmail.com.
You must be at least 18 to use Love22. Use your own account, provide truthful information and control the contact methods used for verification. Keep your sign-in details private and contact support if someone else gains access.
Every person chooses
Love22 welcomes adults exploring alternative dating as singles, pairs and groups. Each linked member is a distinct person with their own account and decisions. An invitation needs the invited person's acceptance. Nobody may approve another person's membership, personal like or verification.
A shared conversation requires all participating members' personal approvals and the required checks. Two pairs need four individual likes; a pair and a trio need five. A like expresses interest in a conversation. It is not consent to a meeting, sexual activity or anything else. Anyone can say no.
Incoming-contact preferences limit eligible first likes. They do not guarantee discovery, a match, a reply or an offline meeting. Use Block to stop contact with an existing match. Approval or payment never overrides another person's preferences, refusal or block.
Checks and safety
Checks include adult and safety acknowledgements, phone ownership, photo review and linked-profile review where applicable. Every person completes their own checks. Review may require a correction or result in refusal.
Phone ownership and human photo review do not guarantee identity, age, conduct or safety. Take care when sharing private information and meeting other people. Love22 is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services for immediate danger.
Community rules
Do not harass, threaten, coerce, impersonate, scam, spam or abuse others. Do not involve minors, conceal a participant, promote exploitation or illegal activity, or disclose another person's private information without permission. Do not use money or payment to pressure someone for attention or sexual contact.
Upload only photos and content you have the right to use. You retain your rights in your content. You permit Love22 to store, display and process that content as needed to operate the features you use and handle safety reports, subject to the Privacy Notice. Do not copy or redistribute another member's private content without permission.
Reports and moderation
Use in-app report and block actions or email support about a concern. Describe the relevant account, content and reason for your report; never send passwords or verification codes. We may review content and restrict content or accounts for breaches of these rules, safety concerns or legal requirements.
To ask for reconsideration of a moderation decision, email support with your account email and the decision concerned. We do not promise continuous monitoring or a fixed response time. A restriction does not prevent you from contacting support or making a privacy request.
Payments
In-app purchases are not active in the current beta. Do not send payment to a moderator or another member to obtain Love22 access or approval.
Future iOS digital purchases are planned through Apple's App Store in-app purchase flow. Before activation, the purchase screen and applicable terms will explain the price, what is included, duration, any renewal, cancellation, review outcomes and refund route. No paid product, subscription or price is offered by these terms. Payment will not guarantee verification approval, a match or another person's reply.
Leaving the beta
Request account deletion in Profile → Settings → Delete account, or contact support if you cannot access the app. Follow any pending-cleanup instructions. The Privacy Notice explains what cleanup removes and what can remain. Another member's independent account is not deleted when you leave.
Availability and your legal rights
Beta features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. No match or verification status guarantees compatibility or safety. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support with a service complaint.
Material changes will be communicated where required. The updated date identifies this version; continued use is not treated as consent to processing special-category personal data. The Privacy Notice explains the current beta's limitations and your data rights.
